the heaven will grow old if it has sentiments
我知道如来如风
I know Buddha is as the wind
如来踏着祥云来自海上
the Buddha comes from the sea，stepping on an auspicious cloud
大慈大悲的菩提树下
under the infinitely merciful bodhi-tree
你和我不过是
you and me are just
小打小闹的
two monkeys
两只骚猴
chasing and playing

其实应该叫南海岛
it should be called the “South Sea Island”
如来在南海巡海的驿站
the Buddha is on the South Sea the courier station of cruising
你不信吗有五指山为证
do you not believe that Five-Finger Mountains are the proof
你要问我如来的那一只脚
if you ask me where is the other foot of the Buddha
在哪里我会指着三亚浅水湾的
I will point to the South of the Skyline Stone
天涯石的更南方告诉你
at Sanya Repulse Bay telling you that
如来的另一只脚
the other foot of the Buddha
在南沙你知道曾母暗沙吗
lies in Nansha Islands do you know Zengmu Reef
那就是如来泡在海水中的
it is one of the stones of the Buddha
一个脚趾甲佛法无边
steeping in the sea water？The power of the Buddha is unlimited
亦有界啊因而
but having its boundary line therefore
我的直觉告诉我
my intuition tells me
海南省也许有一天
the Hainan Province maybe one day
会改名南海省
will be changed into South Sea Province
这一点你不信
you cannot believe that
我坚信不移
but I firmly believe it

饮马黄河才发现
Watering the horse in the Yellow River I just find
中原本身就是一匹
the Central Plains is itself a horse：
金黄金黄的汗血宝马
a golden，blood-sweating BMW
我的马有四个轮子
my horse has four wheels
可以风犎电驰
it is able to run at lightning speed
而中原这匹马
however the horse Central Plains
有一双巨大的翅膀
has a pair of huge wings
可以天马行空
which can soar across the sky
我的马在塞外歇脚
my horse rests beyond the Great Wall
沐昆仑夕阳立在
showering the sunset in Kunlun，standing
敦煌西北的沙坡上
on the sand ramp Northwest to Dunhuang
仰天长啸
crying into the air
而中原这匹马
however the horse Central Plains
不经意打个响鼻
snorting by accident
西域以西的荒漠
the west of the Western Regions
立马就飞天漫舞
would begin to dance as soon as possible
千年胡杨健壮的
the thousand-year-old diversifolia is stripping its beard
老人一样撸着胡须
as a strong old man
伫立天地之间傲视苍凉
standing in open field for a long while despising the bleakness
其实是走出了嘉峪关以后

大到横空出世的程度的
is as powerful as renouncing the world splendidly
其实是跨过了西夏王陵以后
actually it is after striding over the emperor‘s tomb of West Xia Dynasty that

是可以天马行空的
is able to soar across the sky
其实我的马日行千里
actually my horse runs far enough
已经跑得够远的了
for a thousand li a day
我整整跑了三天还没有看见
I have been running three whole days but cannot see：
