Stone: This is your seat, Mr. Lee. Sit down, please.
Lee: Thank you, Mr. Stone. I'm really a bit nervous now. I know nothingof your table manners. It would be in bad taste for a guest to makeblunders.
Stone: Don't worry, Mr. Lee. As for table manners, one rule is that you canobserve others. And make yourself at home. Actually, it's ******. Keepthe knife in your right hand, fork in your left hand. Use the knife to cut,the fork to take the food, you will get used to it.
Lee: Ok, I see.
Stone: We usually eat an appetizer at first, then eat main dishes, and drinkor wine, then eat some fruits or dessert at last.
Lee: Ok, thank you.
Stone: Mr. Lee, which do you prefer, Brandy, Whiskey or Red Wine?
Lee: Brandy is too strong for me. I would like some whisky, please.
Stone: Well, what do you say in Chinese for “Bottoms up”
Lee: We say“Gan Bei”.
Stone: Well, Mr. Lee, to your health and success in business. “Gan Bei!”
Lee: And to yours. Cheers!The food is delicious, especially the beef steakand the smashed potatoes,Stone: We’re glad you like it.

就座(Seating):
就餐(Eating):
