just like a snowflake from the embrace of the sun，

is suffering from cold and hunger；
太阳是温暖的
I know even though the sun could warm her body petite，
但太阳不是食物？我知道她
it cannot offer her food；
从太阳的怀抱出发时
and I know that as she leaves the warm embrace of the sun
误把我看成了？一粒
she takes me for a seed
可以发芽的
a plump seed
饱满的种子
that could sprout.

a pair of a giant’s feet

fall from the sky and the footprints lifted by the fireworks

pass Tian’an Men Square along the Central Axle Road

and go directly to National Sports Center.
这是一双巨人的脚
indeed these are a pair of giant’s feet
一双？整整走了一百年的脚
that have been trudging for five score years.
梦幻般的现实

polish your sword
把自己的剑磨得明恍恍
with the yellow soil of the Central Plains and the sandstorms in the Western Regions
明恍恍？然后
when your sword becomes shiny and gleams，
选一个良辰吉日？选一个
please choose an auspicious occasion and
能够想起或不会忘记的日子
select a lucky day that you will remember or won’t forget
点上香？摆上祭品

and then we will propose various –isms and schools
或别的什么标新立异的东西
or create anything else new and original
然后就得意
and then we feel proud of ourselves
就有理由
and have adequate grounds
把昔日酒肉穿肠的朋友
to pull out our old friends who once enjoyed nice food

and drink with us one by one and PK them；

afterwards a foul wind and a rain of blood

我是要告诉你
I just want to tell you
把自己的剑献给自己
that presenting your sword to yourself
不是为了砍杀
isn’t for the purpose of slugging
而是为了展示？展示你有一把
but for displaying that you have a truly nice
真正属于自己和朋友的好剑
sword belonging to your friends and yourself.
我是要告诉你
I only want to tell you
真正的剑客
a genuine swordsman，
如果真的要杀人的话
supposing he did want to kill，
剑？？一般也是不出鞘的
usually he wouldn’t unsheathe his sword
江湖如此
it is true in the world of swordsmen，
诗江湖亦如此
so is it in the world of poetry.
