A strong man can conquer everything. A dream can be realized by taking actions. No one can degrade us except ourselves；that if we are worthy，no influence can defeat us.
If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you；
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you，
But make allowance for their doubting too；
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting，
Or，being lied about，don't deal in lies，
Or，being hated，don't give way to hating，
And yet don't look too good，nor talk too wise；
If you can dream―and not make dreams your master；
If you can think―and not make thoughts your aim…

如果要表达“你应该受到谴责”，你会怎么说？很多人会译成“You should be blamed.”从语法的角度看，这没有错误，但是native speaker 不会这么说，而是用一个习惯句式“You are to blame.”
